Mehr Sport Sponsored the Second National Benchrest Championship based on its corporate

objective to fully support shooting events and improve both the quality and quantity of these

tournaments.

Mehr Sport presented its products as a licensee of the most prestigious international brands

and shooting equipment manufacturers and suppliers.

The Second National Benchrest Championship was held on Tir 24 th 1395 as a result of co

operation of Benchrest Association and Field target of Iran and Tehran Shooting panel and

Ministry Of Defense’s shooting society, in Clay Target site of Maham complex. In Freestyle

75yards Alireza Momenzadeh from Isfahan won the gold medal with 219 points. Ali Shaqaqi

from Tehran held the second place with 209 points and Erfan Jafarian from Isfahan was placed

third with 206 points. In 25 meter rifle, Mohammad Ali Vatandoust from Tehran won the gold

medal with 228 points, Erfan Jafarian came in second with 227 points and Saber Abbasi from

Fereydunkenar won the bronze with 224 points.

This year for the first time ever, women are also present in this competition as the first

Women Benchrest team.
